History is shaped by our hands.

So, I sit down to update my blog. I have this wonderful little thing that I really wanted to write about. I was psyched to write it. Oooh, this was going to be one great blog entry. I had to write it immediately, despite being at work.
And then I look at the clock. 1:27 PM. I had a meeting at 1:30 PM on the other side of the complex. As much as the blog entry NEEDED to be entered right away, I couldn't. I like blogging, but my career is more important.
So I head to the meeting and discuss some pretty in-depth type stuff. My brain gets clouded with details of adapters, C-type programs vs P-type programs, and more info regarding women being in labor than I EVER needed (don't ask).
But what this boils down to is that by the time that I got back to my desk, I couldn't even remember what I was going to blog about. Its not that I can't remember my points or some great little one-liners that I was planning on using. I flat-out can't even remember the subject. Its been 45 minutes since I got back from my meeting, and still, I've got nothing. This will have to suffice.
