History is shaped by our hands.

I saw "Big Fish" today. It was all right. Not as good as I hoped, but I had really high hopes for it. So, I'll probably really like it when I see it again on DVD in 8 months. And Pearl Jam had a song during the credits. I wanted to stay and listen to it, because I hadn't heard it in its entirity yet, but my gf wasn't feeling so good and it really mattered to her that we got out of that theater fast. She liked the movie, too, even though she didn't like the beginning.
Then we went back to her place and watched "Kate and Leopold". She still wasn't feeling so good, but it gave her the chance to use the bf (me) as a pillow and lie down. "K & L" is a really cute movie. Yeah, its a bit of a chick flick, but its a very well done chick flick. I liked it.
As for my gf, she's still not feeling so good. I left earlier than I wanted to so she could go to bed. So, I got in the car and drove the 20 minutes home. 10 minutes after I got home, she called because she wanted to hear my voice again before she went to sleep.
Tomorrow if she's feeling better, I'm going tubing with her, her mom, and her brother. I don't like snow, but tubing down a real super-high ski hill should be fun. And I really like hanging out with her family. Its weird. My parents and my brother lived in my house for the past 7 months for various reasons. My brother moved out in Nov. and my parents moved out 3 weeks ago. I wanted them to leave so badly, but now I miss them. My gf's family has kind of adopted me now that I'm practically all alone here. I can't even put into words how much that means to me.
