I'm sick today. I have been for quite a while.
Anyway, I left work early yesterday to try and get better.
I wasn't going to do it again today, but someone at work convinced me that I should go home and get better; convinced me that my health is more important than my job. Then this same person scheduled a meeting with me for the last hour of the day.
Be honest, people. If you don't want me to go home, don't tell me to. If my job is more important than my life, tell me that.
